" While relocating to Woodstock, I found this sushi and noodle joint and thought it was worth a try. Some of their dishes are commendable, but their sushi feels more like a ‘skip’ - not quite the finesse of true Japanese cuisine. However, the spicy noodles were very good and flavorful, paired well with their spicy dipping sauce. I had a pleasant experience chatting with the owner who is easy to connect with. " My experience at NBsushi & Noodle was quite disappointing. I went in with high hopes, but the reality fell flat. The spring rolls were soggy and filled with an odd mixture that didn’t feel authentic. The sushi fell apart before I could even pick it up, and the portions were far from generous. " I recently discovered this place and while it has its charm, the food isn't memorable. I've had better sushi elsewhere. The rice in the rolls felt too sticky and bland. " Both my experience and feedback for NBsushi & Noodle were mixed. I ordered a variety of dishes and was left feeling unimpressed by most. The dumplings were flavorsome, but the sushi was on the poorer side. The owner was friendly and inviting, which was a plus, but the food quality itself was lacking, and I'm not sure I'd return, as there are such better options even outside of the area. " I have to say, the refreshing taste of the spicy noodle bowl was a highlight! While their sushi didn't quite impress me and felt like it could use some reshaping in preparation, I still enjoyed the side dishes they offered. " I popped into NBsushi & Noodle after a day of camping nearby, and I'm so glad I did! The sushi was beyond amazing; it tasted incredibly fresh, and the presentation was stunning. I tried the chef's special roll along with some dumplings and everything was cooked to perfection. Even the sushi rice was flavorful and held its shape well.
